Sales and Invoicing

With myERP's sales workflow, tracking your sales is easier than ever. Spend less time entering data and more time helping your customers.

  • Create services and price lists.
  • Convert quotes into sales orders and invoices.
  • Convert time spent into invoices.
  • Track customer payments and reminders.
  • Send PDF invoices with Google Gmail.

 

 

 

    1.  Convert Quotes into Sales Orders:
    Our Quote was accepted!  We can generate a Sales Order by simply converting the accepted Quote.

From the Sales Workflow, we select My Quotes > Convert my Quotes.

Once you find the appropriate Quote, click its checkbox and click "Convert to Sales Order". That's it!


    2.  Specify Discounts and Payment Terms

In the details of the newly created Sales Order, you may add discounts and specify the payment terms for the Sales Order, among other options.

The completed Sales Order will print out like the example above.


    3.  Convert the Sales Order into an Invoice and send PDF invoice with Google Gmail.
    Converting Sales Orders into Invoices is just as easy as converting Quotes into Sales Orders.

From the Sales Workflow, select My Sales Orders > Convert my Sales Orders.

Once you find the correct Sales Order, just check the checkbox and click "Convert to Invoice"

The converted Invoice will print out like the example above.


    4.  Accept Customer Payments:
    We've received the first payments to our Invoice!  Now it's time to process this payment.

From the Sales Workflow, click Customer Payments > Receive Payments

Enter a date range within which the payment is due and click Apply Filters.  Select the Installment you want to convert into a payment and click the button.  Enter details for the received payment, and that's it!
