    1.  Schedule Service Appointments.
If your company is more service-oriented, myERP can help you manage billing employee time.

You can schedule a service right from the Timesheets workflow.  Click Meetings > Create Meeting.

Just like in the Opportunities Workflow, clicking Create Meeting will take you directly to Google Calendar, where you can schedule this service appointment.  Your customer's information is already synced with Gmail Contacts, so inviting them is as easy as clicking their name from a list.

    2.  Enter Employee Timesheets:
When service calls are complete and employees complete time-sheets, you can enter this information in myERP.

From the Timesheets workflow, we click Timesheets > Create Timesheet.

enter-timesheet

In the Timesheet Details window, we select the Customer account, select service performed, enter the number of hours, and select the employee performing the service.

    3.  Add Timesheet expenses to Invoices:
When it is time to bill our customer, we can create an Invoice from the Timesheet Workflow.

From the Timesheet Workflow, click My Invoices > Create Invoice.

We enter details for our invoice such as date, customer account, and invoicing contact.  When we click the "Time Spent" lookup button, the following window appears:

From here we can see a list of Timesheets and add employee time to our invoice.

When we print our invoice, it looks like this!
